When One Diagnosis Isn't the Whole Story

Most residential facilities treat one thing. Las Vegas treats the intersection — and does it in a setting that doesn’t feel like treatment.

Eating Disorders and Addiction. Treated Together.

One dedicated villa — 12 beds — is set aside exclusively for eating disorder residential treatment. Clinicians are licensed in CBT-ED, CBT-BM, EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, trauma and family therapy. This is not a bolt-on. It is a specialized program with its own clinical team and its own community.

Up to Two Individual Sessions Per Week

Full-time clinicians carry a caseload of 6–8 clients and provide each client up to 2 individual sessions per week. More contact, more depth, more progress than the standard one session a week model.

EMDR — In Residential

EMDR-certified clinicians on staff. For clients where trauma is driving the addiction, the eating disorder, or both — this is clinical depth most residential facilities cannot offer.

An Executive Chef and a Registered Dietitian On-Site

Every meal at Corbett is prepared by an executive chef under the leadership of a registered dietitian. For clients in eating disorder treatment, nutrition is clinical. For everyone else, it is a standard that most residential facilities never reach.

Sound Bathing in the Evening

The day ends not with lights out but with community — a recovery meeting or sound bathing. Multiple recovery philosophies available: 12-Step, Refuge Recovery, SMART Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, The Phoenix Recovery.

Full Continuum of Care All Within Network

SUD clients begin in the detox villa (5–7 days), move to a residential villa, then step down to the Las Vegas Outpatient program at Montessouri for PHP and IOP — all within the same VRC network. The team follows you.

One dedicated 12-bed detox villa. 24/7 RN and LPN on-site. Level 3.7 medically monitored withdrawal management. Daily medication administration and monitoring. SUD admissions 24/7. ED admissions M–F before 3pm for dietary assessment prior to first meal. Average stay: 5–7 days.

SUD Residential (Corbett)

48 residential beds across 4 villas. Up to 2 individual therapy sessions per week. Art, music, recreation, equine therapy, EMDR, sound bathing. Executive chef and dietitian meals daily. Visitation Saturdays 2:30–4:30pm. Average stay: 30+ days commercial, 90 days TriWest.

ED Residential (Corbett)

One dedicated 12-bed eating disorder villa. Clinicians licensed in CBT-ED, CBT-BM, EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, trauma and family therapy. Clients remain within the ED community throughout their stay. Average stay: 30+ days commercial, 90 days TriWest.

PHP + IOP (Montessouri — Las Vegas Outpatient)

2585 Montessouri St Ste 100, Las Vegas. Morning and afternoon programming slots. PHP: 6 hours daily, 5 days/week. IOP: 3–5 days/week, 3 hours daily. Dietitian on staff for ED clients. I don’t usually write reviews but this is one of those life changing experiences that i have to rave about! I searched for 7-8 months for mental health and addiction rehab. Always running into issues because of insurance. I found virtue totally by chance and i have to say this place has been a blessing, i suffer from alcoholism, acute psychosis, and severe depression. I checked in new years eve and immediately was received and treated with the utmost respect and compassion. Hard to believe this is a rehab. A wonderful woman named Kim kept watchful eye of me during my initial detox period and made sure i was ok (i cant even remember the first 4 days here).
Every client or patient has a private room in a villa. The rooms could compete with the finest hotels honestly. All me meals are prepared by chefs and if you don’t want whats on the menu tonight you simply ask and they’ll prepare a special meal to accommodate you.
From morning til night our days are full from group meetings to therapy sessions i really felt occupied in a really positive way. The WHOLE staff here is so completely engaged and caring, ask for anything within reason and they make it happen, no waiting hours for someone who doesn’t know your name or care to come assist you. These people are top notch from the techs that make everything run smoothly to the amazing nurses and wonderful chef and staff literally i have no bad things to say.
If you or a loved one suffers from mental health disorders or addiction i would recommend this place wholeheartedly. Getting the help i needed here was truly a blessing. They even handle your aftercare such as outpatient services to ensure you continue receiving care after you leave inpatient care. I was worried about after i left but my caseworker Kamisha made sure my transition back into the real world was seamless and stress free.
I have to give a special note of appreciation to my therapist Stephen he was integral in my recovery. Truly educated, calm, and concerned about me.
Part of me honestly didn’t want to leave because i felt so safe here. But like every other patient here from all walks of life, i had to reintegrate back into the outside world and go and be a better dad, a better business owner, and a healthier me ready to take on the world.

Virtue saved my life literally and metaphorically. Anyone who is going through it and seeking help I would recommend this place a thousand times over. The staff is top notch from the directors and front office all the way to the kitchen and housekeeping . I came to virtue a broken man desperately trying to overcome and combat my alcoholism for good. Upon arriving the warmly welcomed me and gave me a tour and then showed me to my room. Detox wasn’t easy but the nurses always checked on me to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. After detox I moved over to the residential side and continued my treatment. They put together a fantastic setting with education , multiple group sessions , 1 on 1 therapy sessions and Dr and Psych visits as well. Everyone you come in contact with genuinely cares about your recovery and wants to see you thrive and become and stay clean. There were a few individuals who were the absolute cornerstone in my recovery like Steven, Keri and Michelle along with Kim , Homer and Ben. Mike was great for any medical advice or questions I had and Steven always there with an open door if I needed a quick 1 on 1 therapy session. Last but not least I wanna give an extra shout out to Floyd, not only did he push me, challenge my thoughts, guide and believe in me , he was always there if needed anything. He always had an ear to listen if I needed to talk, he gave me phenomenal advice and most importantly I could tell he genuinely cared about my well-being and wanted to see me succeed and conquer my disease (alcoholism). Im am forever indebted to him and Virtue, I thank God for them and am beyond grateful.. So again if you too like i was and need help I highly recommend and encourage you to go there. They will go out of their way to get you where you wanna be (Clean).

Not knowing where I was going and coming back to reality was hard. Then I found myself surrounded by the Virtue staff that really cared. The entire staff has been amazing. Listening is their number one priority. Didn’t matter what they were doing they would stop n listen or help me get what I needed. Techs were amazing. Floyd n Homer they never stop. The nursing staff so attentive to the medical needs. The kitchen staff always ready to accommodate any special diets.

I came to Virtue in such bad shape both physically and emotionally. My husband located the facility and brought me over. Before You Pack Your Bag

Can I bring my pet?

Corbett accepts service animals only. No ESAs at this location. All service animals must have current documentation, shot records, and meet behavioral requirements.

What about my phone?

During detox there is a 72-hour blackout from admission. Residential clients keep their phones — the only exception is a positive drug test, which triggers the 72-hour blackout. Phones are not permitted during groups or individual therapy. Responsible use expected — no gambling, pornography, or other behaviors with addiction potential.

What should I bring?

No bag limit — every room has a private closet. That said, laundry facilities are on-site so 15 days of clothing is more than enough. There is an on-site store and approved outside ordering available through treatment staff.

Will I leave the facility?

One structured off-site activity per week for clients who are clinically and medically ready. The on-site garden, great room, and outdoor areas are part of daily life at Corbett. Visitation is Saturdays 2:30–4:30pm with staff approval and monitoring.

I have an eating disorder and an addiction. Do I need two separate programs?

No. That is exactly what Corbett is built for. The ED villa treats both simultaneously — with clinicians who specialize in the intersection of food and substance use. You do not have to choose which one gets

How long will I actually be here?

Detox averages 5–7 days. Residential averages 30+ days for commercial insurance, up to 90 days for TriWest. After residential, most clients step down to the Montessouri outpatient program — PHP averages 30+ days, IOP varies by progress. Your case manager begins FMLA within 24–48 hours of admission and targets 7–14 business days for completion.
